Eligibility

• • • Senior faculty (professors or late associate professors), especially those who are in leadership roles and/or who are seeking leadership roles
    • Ability to commit to a one-year (2027) engagement with our Senior Advisor

Process

• • 1. Complete the application by August 15, 2026 – space is limited.
    2. Advancing applicants will be contacted in the Fall (est. 1 Oct) for 1-on-1 Zoom interviews re: goals.
    3. Meet and consult with your Senior Advisor on a regular basis (usually monthly) throughout 2026.
    4. After 2027, you may continue to access CWAMS’ resources.

Cost

We ask accepted Faculty Advisory Network program participants to support our work with a donation.
