The pipeline of women entering science and medicine has never been stronger. We help institutions and individuals create a culture to ensure that institutions benefit from the full brain power available to them, and that women in these fields can reach their career goals.
When ~40% of your leaders are women, it catalyzes change: Opportunities happen. Bias melts. Mentorship grows. In most places, though, that percentage is a long way off.
